What this is
NightOS is an AI-powered group night-out planner. You tell us the vibe, we generate plans. It is not a booking service, a ticketing platform, or a reservation system. We don’t process payments, hold deposits, or guarantee entry to any venue.
AI-generated content
Recommendations are generated by GPT-5.3. They are not verified in real-time. Venue details — hours, pricing, menus, capacity — may be outdated or incorrect. We surface the best information available, but AI makes mistakes.
This is a planning tool, not a guarantee. Treat every recommendation as a strong suggestion, not a fact.
Your responsibility
Verify venue details before you go — hours, pricing, dress code, whether they’re actually open. If you show up and the place closed six months ago, that’s on you for not checking. We make it easy to plan. We can’t make it foolproof.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to use NightOS. Many of the venues we recommend serve alcohol or have age restrictions. We don’t verify your age — that’s between you and the venue — but by using the service you confirm you’re at least 18.
Promoted venues
Some venues in your plans are promoted partners. They pay for placement. These are always labeled [Partner]. Promoted placement affects visibility, not the AI’s assessment of whether the venue fits your vibe.
Safety features
Check-ins, trusted contacts, and escalation notifications are best-effort features. They rely on SMS delivery via Twilio, your phone having signal, and you actually responding. They are a safety net, not a replacement for emergency services.
If you are in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number). NightOS is not an emergency service.
Limitation of liability
NightOS is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our recommendations, for venues that don’t meet your expectations, or for any damages — direct or indirect — arising from use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero dollars.
Data deletion
Session data is automatically deleted after 24 hours. If you have a taste profile and want it removed, email privacy@getnightos.com. We can also terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice — though since there are no accounts, “termination” mostly means blocking a session link.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
